- Major sole responsibility for developing, managing, administrating, promoting and running a Volunteering programme, particularly including an extensive Volunteer and External Training Programme involving around 500 Volunteers and over 17,000 participants from a wide range of groups and organisations.
- Responsibility for setting, delivering, overseeing, monitoring & managing outcome & evaluating targets and funding report compilation/writing for vinvolved team (Leicestershire & Rutland), liaising with and reporting to v (as key funders) as appropriate.
- Devising and overseeing a £600,000 project budget and expenditure, in liaison with employing body, reporting to funders as appropriate.
- Setting, overseeing, monitoring, managing and delivering outcome & evaluating targets and funding report compilation/writing.
- Experience of devising and managing my own varied workplan and meeting extensive deadlines.
- Major responsibility for monitoring & evaluation, reporting, etc.
- Practice Teacher & Supervisor for many student placements, particularly from Youth & Community & Social Work University courses.
- Have been a tutor, external moderator & assessor of candidates for courses accredited by the 'Open College'.
- Parish Councillor, including Chair of 'Human Resources Committee'.
