Experienced Trainer: Often working as a freelance trainer and also employed for 18 years with 'Leicestershire AIDS Support Services' as a major HIV/AIDS & Sexual Health trainer for Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland (training over 17,000 people from wide range of groups & organisations), also including training & development regarding Health & Safety and Personal Safety. In addition, one of the trainers promoting the 'Safeguarding Adults' multi-agency policy & procedures for Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland. - 'Certificate in Training & Development' ('Thames Valley University', P/T 1992-94, leading to Associate Membership of 'Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development').

- Extensive responsibility over 18 years for the development, management, and administration of the volunteering programme for 'Leicestershire AIDS Support Services' (LASS), the recruitment, training and involvement in support of over 450 volunteers, including managing the achieving of the national 'Investing in Volunteers' accreditation; as well as being practice teacher & supervisor for many student placements from Youth & Community and Social Work University courses.
